Nice to Have
Experience on giga projects, Experience with leading EPC firms, Experience with Bechtel
What You'll Do.
Lead on-site supervision of structural works
Ensure compliance with drawings
Ensure compliance with specifications
Ensure compliance with international standards
Conduct daily inspections
Enforce QA/QC programs
Review contractor submittals
Coordinate with design teams
Coordinate with engineering teams
Resolve technical issues
Oversee safety practices
Maintain accurate site records
Serve as primary on-site technical expert
Conduct inspections of structural activities
Document non-conformance issues
Provide technical approval for submittals
Identify potential structural issues
Interpret structural drawings
Interpret specifications
Provide guidance to contractor team
Liaise with design consultants
Resolve technical queries
Resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with MEP field engineers
Coordinate with Architectural field engineers
Ensure structural embedments are correctly installed
Ensure structural block-outs are correctly installed
Ensure structural penetrations are correctly installed
Assist in maintaining site records
Prepare daily progress reports

Ensure construction compliance with Kenyan building codes
