What They're Looking For.
Must Have
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, Valid Category B driving license, Experience in care sector, Experience with MAR sheets & medication in a supervisory role, Knowledge of Health & Social Care legislation & regulation, Knowledge of confidentiality, Knowledge of Equal Opportunities, Knowledge of GDPR, Care management technology experience, Right to work in the UK
Nice to Have
Level 4 English, IT literate, DBS on the Update Service
What You'll Do.
Carry out spot checks
Carry out supervisions
Carry out appraisals of care workers
Perform client introductions
Perform initial client assessments
Develop person-centred care plans
Review person-centred care plans
Assist with digital planning
Provide on-field support to care staff
Provide instruction to care staff
Provide training to care staff
Ensure services comply with health and safety
Ensure services comply with CQC standards
Ensure services comply with company policies
Maintain positive relationships with service users
Maintain positive relationships with families
Maintain positive relationships with care staff
