**The opportunity:** This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in networking and field engineering through an apprenticeship pathway. You will gain valuable hands-on experience, structured training, and development opportunities whilst delivering excellent support to Wifinity customers onsite and learning from experienced engineers. This a 2-year NVQ Level 4 Network Engineer apprenticeship that offers an excellent introduction to the fundamentals of field engineering and networking, with hands-on exposure to how large networks infrastructure is built, maintained, and managed. Designed as a development opportunity, the role provides structured learning, practical experience, and a clear pathway for progression within Wifinity’s Field Engineering team. **About us: ** Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem—our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasn’t an option. And that problem isn’t exclusive to the military, either. Students living in University accommodation, families visiting holiday resorts, or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities. Conventional home broadband doesn’t always work for them. We take the complexity out of connectivity. **Key areas of focus:** As part of the Field Engineering team, you will represent Wifinity professionally while supporting customers professionally and positively to help achieve high levels of satisfaction, building working relationships along the way. Ensuring issues are followed through to resolution. Key responsibilities will include the following, but ar
