What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent, 5+ years’ experience working with PCR and/or NGS in a clinical testing laboratory, Familiarity with NGS, library preparation, qPCR and molecular biology, DNA and RNA applications, Solid Understanding of principles of genomics, DNAseq, RNAseq, targeted panels and bioinformatics, Proficiency with computer operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.

Nice to Have

Mol Diagnostic experience in clinical setting a huge plus, CRM Management experience, SAP or comparable systems a plus

What You'll Do.

Provide professional field application support

Provide customer service

Support customer needs

Provide on-site and virtual training

Answer technical questions

Work with regional sales team

Act as interface between customer and internal operations

Collect and deliver feedback

Handle customer complaints

Record all required documents

Develop and implement solutions

Communicate with customer

Provide customer feedback

Record all customer interactions

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working with regional sales team members on pre- and post-sale account activity; Acts as an interface between customer facing commercial and internal operations, R&D, and manufacturing; Provide customer feedback to all internal stakeholders including Sales and Marketing, R&D, RA/QA, Manufacturing and Operations; Support Sales team in technical discussion, presentations and meetings with customers; Ability to work with all levels of the organization

Communication Scope

Written communication skills; Verbal communication skills; Scientific presentations
