Must Have
BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience), In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware, Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus, Ability to multitask effectively in a multifaceted environment, Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into very sophisticated projects, written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering
Nice to Have
Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment, Networking knowledge -- TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches, etc., C/C++ and Python programming skills, Embedded Linux System, APIs, and similar embedded OS knowledge, Experience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and ruggedized computing space
What You'll Do.
Provide onsite support for datacenter deployments
Solve complex hardware and deployment issues
Act as technical specialist on GPU and networking products
Establish technical relationship with customer engineers
Identify customer architectures and product requirements
Provide technical and sales training
Establish relationships with internal teams
