Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics or related disciplines, Demonstrated technical expertise in the semiconductor industry and computing systems such as Server, PC, and Embedded systems, Minimum 7 years of experience in Field Application Engineer (FAE) or similar positions in Sales and Marketing functions, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, technical marketing and business development capabilities, along with commercial sense, Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills, Welcomes working in a multi-cultural and high intensity environment
Nice to Have
In-depth knowledge of DRAM and NAND technologies, Comprehensive understanding of the IT industry (Server and DC markets), particularly in the memory sector

As a member of the Technical Marketing Team in the Field Application Engineer role, you will analyze the EMEA market, understand customer expectations, and identify opportunities to drive business growth. You will deliver technical support and guidance, providing prompt solutions to technical issues to maximize orders for the company's products and services across various B2B markets, including Data Centre, Servers, PC, Networking, and Embedded. **Role and Responsibilities** * Understand customers' requirements, short-, mid-, and long-term objectives and challenges via regular customer calls and on-site meetings * Promote new products, technical developments, and provide guidance to customers * Support all technical activities until mass production, including answering technical questions, handling documentation, samples, conducting regular technical meetings with customers, tracking progress and milestones, driving internal development and quality teams to fulfill customers' requirements, and managing troubleshooting with HQ. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the customer's organization. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical/product marketing, and executive management, to ensure customer needs are met and a trusted partnership is established. * Identify and report future trends, new demands, and competition * Follow-up and attend industry events **Key Stakeholders:** * Memory Marketing and Sales t
