What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, 3–7 years of experience in semiconductor packaging, electronics assembly, thermal interface materials, or applications engineering in a B2B technical product company, Understanding of system-level processor packaging/thermal design, Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical efforts, Ability to explain complex technical topics, Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English

Nice to Have

Experience with design and fabrication of elastomeric materials is a plus, Familiarity with thermal test setups, C-SAM, X-ray, or FEA modeling is a plus

Serve as primary technical partner for customers

Lead early- to mid-stage customer interactions

Capture and translate requirements into technical work

Ensure customers have data

Integrate and qualify TIM in semiconductor packaging applications

Act as primary technical point of contact for

Lead on-site technical integration of liquid-metal TIMs

Support customer assembly and testing trials

Coordinate mechanical and reliability testing

Validate mass production feasibility

Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time

Uncover and document precise customer technical requirements

Capture customer feedback

Synthesize technical insights for R&D

Support product improvement and roadmap planning

Prepare and deliver critical technical content

Document designs for customer coordination

Lead local efforts to fabricate provisions and mockups
