Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in outside sales, field account management, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or other territory-based commercial roles with demonstrated achievement against revenue and growth objectives. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, build executive-level customer relationships, execute territory growth strategies, and consistently exceed performance expectations within dynamic, metrics-driven business environments. Experience utilizing CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, forecasting technologies, and AI-enabled commercial tools to manage pipeline activity, improve execution quality, and support data-informed decision-making. Preferred certifications include Certified Sales Executive, Strategic Account Management Certification, or equivalent credentials demonstrating expertise in consultative selling, enterprise account development, or commercial relationship management.
