Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand provider adoption, strengthen market penetration, and increase revenue across assigned regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and decision-makers through consultative, value-based engagement. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, onboarding, and account expansion. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, competitive analysis, and targeted territory planning. Deliver tailored product education, presentations, and solution recommendations aligned with provider needs and patient outcomes. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting data, and pipeline reporting to ensure visibility into territory performance. Collaborate with operations, compliance, and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and execution. Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve targeting, optimize sales performance, and strengthen forecasting accuracy. Contribute market insights and competitive intelligence to inform broader commercial strategy and decision-making. Requirements: 3–7+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or territory-based commercial roles, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceutical environments. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Strong consultative selling skills with experience engaging healthcare providers or enterprise-level customers. Familiarity with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and data-driven sales methodologies. Ability to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive territory strategy. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both clinical and business stakeholders.
