Lightspeed is looking for Field Sales Account Executives in Marseille. As Field Sales Account Executive in the South of France, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our recently hired Field Sales Team Lead in building a high-performing team. You will be implementing a strategy that requires a physical presence across Marseille, actively driving the sales cycle each month - from lead generation to demonstrations to closing deals. Your mission will be to expand our presence, drive regional success, and contribute to Lightspeed’s long-term impact in this key market. Lightspeed’s Hospitality team is now in hyper-growth mode. Our process has been refined and optimised at a smaller scale in the last few years, now is the time to expand our team and our reach. *** Please note this role is based in Marseille, France. *** What you’ll be doing: - Converting prospects into successful customers through customer sales methods such as door-to-door, cold calling and presentations - all in person - Carrying out the whole sales cycle which includes identifying and developing leads, meeting with your clients, creating value propositions, structuring financial deals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals - Visiting customers on a regular basis to identify their business challenges & pain points - Successfully running in person demonstrations of the retail product - Analyzing, reporting and taking action on pipeline metrics - Driving performance to consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals - Create new business through network events What you’ll be bringing: - Relevant sales experience in a Field and outbound environment, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related - Strong understanding of sales development best practices - Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently - Excellent custom
