Must Have
5 + years of pharmaceutical industry experience in similar role, Strong business understanding and marketplace knowledge, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders successfully and effectively, project management, analytical and forecasting skills, Effective presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions in senior management, Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field

What You'll Do.
Analyze government policies and strategies
Interact with cross-functional BMS teams
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Establish relationships with key stakeholders
Participate in strategic access discussions
Assist in strategic access plans
Encourage cross-functional collaboration
Facilitate NUPCO award/contracts
Monitor market/accounts needs
Serve as Main Point of Contact for supply/stock issues
Lead on-ground efforts to implement access plans
Update CFT on P&T Committees status
Coach TAPs on SPRs and enlistment
Aid in developing monitoring dashboards
Conduct double visits with TAPs
Develop and maintain healthcare environment knowledge
Disseminate information to senior management
Keep aware of environmental changes
Communicate with Franchise Teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Regular interactions with cross-functional BMS teams (Franchise Teams, Access and Govt. Affairs, Medical, Regulatory, etc.); Distributor, Pharmacy, Planning, and Purchasing Departments at institutions and Health Clusters; Central Medical Supplies and regional ministry branches at MoH, NUPCO; Key private accounts; Close collaboration with Strategic Access colleagues, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distributor; Lead the tenders’ taskforce with all franchise teams; Cooperating with Market Access Lead and Government Affairs Regional/Global Leads; Encourage and support cross-functional collaboration
Communication Scope
