Must Have
5 + years of pharmaceutical industry experience in similar role, Strong business understanding and marketplace knowledge, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders successfully and effectively, project management, analytical and forecasting skills, Effective presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions in senior management, Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field
What You'll Do.
Handle relationship with clinical pharmacies at Hospitals/Institutions
Facilitate completion & execution of NUPCO contracts
Monitor product stocks across supply chain
Implement market access plans
Optimize Months of Inventory (MOI)
Lead tenders’ taskforce
Analyze government policies and strategies
Interact with cross-functional BMS teams
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Establish relationships with Distributor
Participate in strategic access discussions
Encourage cross-functional collaboration
Monitor market/accounts needs
monthly consumption & stock
Act as Main Point of Contact for supply/stock issues
Implement strategic access plans
Update CFT on Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees’ status
Coach Therapeutic Area Partners (TAPs) on SPRs
Develop monitoring dashboards
Conduct double visits with TAPs
Develop knowledge of healthcare environment
Disseminate information to senior management
Communicate changes concerning environment
Interact with Franchise Teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Regular interactions with cross-functional BMS teams (Franchise Teams, Access and Govt. Affairs, Medical, Regulatory, etc.); Work closely with Distributor, Pharmacy, Planning, and Purchasing Departments; Work closely with Central Medical Supplies and regional ministry branches at MoH, NUPCO; Work closely with key private accounts; Close collaboration with Strategic Access colleagues, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distributor; Lead tenders’ taskforce with all franchise teams; Cooperating with Market Access Lead and Government Affairs Regional/Global Leads; Encourage and support cross-functional collaboration; Regular double visits with the TAPs
