Must Have
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field., 6–8 years of hands‑on SAP FICO experience in project‑based environments., Minimum of three full‑cycle SAP implementations., Demonstrated experience leading finance projects end‑to‑end., understanding of SAP FI structures compliant with US GAAP and local statutory requirements., Experience with SAP Fixed Assets, including data conversions and reconciliations., Advanced expertise in SAP AP, Banking, and related integrations., Knowledge of SAP payment processes and electronic bank statements (EBS) integrated with Treasury systems., Experience with Promenta MDM or similar master data management tools., Exposure to integrations such as Concur, ADP, Axosnet, BlackLine AR Cash Application, and OneStream., Working knowledge of SAP Controlling (cost centers, product costing)., Experience governing global SAP FICO templates., Understanding of global banking standards and SAP implementation methodologies., Experience coordinating global rollout projects.

Full Job Description
The FICO SAP Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the design, governance, and delivery of SAP FICO solutions that align with the BorgWarner global template. The role will focus on Finance capabilities, including Accounts Payable, Treasury, Banking, and key systems integrations such as Kyriba TMS, Coupa TMS, Promenta MDM, OneStream, and additional global financial platforms. This role will collaborate with IT, Finance, and Treasury stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and deploy global financial systems supporting efficient and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead governance, design, and delivery of SAP FICO solutions relating to AP, Treasury, Banking, and FICO interfaces. • Work closely with business owners, technical teams, and implementation partners to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs. • Ensure compliance with enterprise solution governance and change‑control processes. • Oversee creation of functional and technical specifications related to SAP FI/AP, Banking, and interface integrations. • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Finance interfaces, including integration with Treasury Management Systems. • Participate as an active member of the Design & Build and Project Delivery teams. • Coordinate all project phases, including blueprinting, issue/risk tracking, stakeholder alignment, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go‑live execution. • Develop user training materials and participate in key user training sessions.
