**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * increase sales by mazimising the shelf share in store * check assortment in store in order to minimise OOS * define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event in line with company targets * monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and start required actions to boost sales and maximise potential of each store * mazimise local promotional orders in line with given targets * identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions Additional Responsibilities * regular reporting of results Interactions (internal & external) * Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer service * Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies # Qualifications: Professional Experience and Education * at least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage) * 0-3 years of FMCG Field Sales experience Specific Knowlegde * up to date market knowledge * understanding merchandizing processes * understanding sales tools & practices Specific Skills * excellent verbal communication skills * self-motivated and organised individual * ability to build relationship with key contacts * entrepreneurial-minded ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
