Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze Finished Goods and AT Warehouse processes to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities * Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to support fact-based process improvement and decision-making * Develop analytical reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor process performance and compliance * Report process performance and key insights to stakeholders * Document and maintain workflows, process maps, and control descriptions for Finished Goods and AT Warehouse operations * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Finished Goods/AT Warehouse operations, IT, SAP, Quality, site SMEs) to assess process impacts from system changes, migrations, or new initiatives * Support global process alignment and standardization initiatives across sites * Coordinate continuous improvement activities with sites and support the S/4 migration effort from a quality perspective **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured, process‑driven mindset * Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear, actionable process improvements * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and professionally * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and global teams **Additional Advantages** * Experience or coursework in data analytics, business analytics, or data‑driven process
