2+ Years Post Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine, MBBS, DGO / MD / MS / DNB (OBG), Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (FRM), Independently manage IUI cycles, Plan and execute IVF/ICSI cycles, Perform Ovum Pick-Up (OPU), Perform Embryo Transfer (ET), Understand IVF laboratory setup, Understand IVF laboratory workflow, Understand IVF laboratory quality control, Working knowledge of basic embryology, Working knowledge of laboratory procedures, Compliance with clinical protocols, Compliance with regulatory guidelines, Compliance with patient safety standards, Provide empathetic counseling, Explain treatment plans, Explain procedures, Explain risks, Explain success rates, Explain alternatives, Maintain accurate clinical documentation, Maintain treatment records, Build long-term patient relationships, Ethical patient-centric care, Expertise in ovulation induction, Expertise in IUI, Expertise in IVF, Expertise in ART protocols, Hands-on experience in OPU, Hands-on experience in Embryo Transfer, Knowledge of male infertility evaluation, Knowledge of male infertility treatment, Familiarity with recent advances in reproductive medicine, Familiarity with fertility treatments, Excellent communication skills, Excellent patient counseling skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to work collaboratively, Multidisciplinary fertility team
