**Job Description** **Approximately 11:00 pm to 7:00 am at minimum Monday through Friday** **Position Overview** : Primary duties to include night shift supervision of batching, pelleting, receiving and delivery of livestock feed and all related safety and documentation. Additional duties to include loading/unloading trucks, customer service, housekeeping, equipment maintenance, warehouse maintenance, forklift operation, grain handling and other related feed production duties. Supervisor will supply a first shift update to the Mill Manager daily. **Duties and Responsibilities** : Include but are not limited to * Must be able to work independently and efficiently without supervision. * Assist mill employees with operating activities, training, and development. * Operate scales for inbound and outbound trucks. * Performing basic preventative maintenance, including housekeeping items. * Understanding the feed ingredients and proper handling techniques and storage. * Distributing the feed onto feed trucks while minimizing shrink. * Mill and truck mechanical interest and aptitude are beneficial. * Operate equipment safely and maintain equipment according to maintenance schedule. * Ability to use analytical techniques for problem solving, coordination, and decision making. * High attention to detail and formula accuracy. * Driven, organized, punctual and self-starter. * Individual must be team oriented and leadership capabilities. * Consistently follows all laws, regulations, and safety rules. * Properly complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and records daily. * Assist with other duties as required. **Skills and Qualifications** : * BS Agriculture related degree or equivalent work experience. * Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, WEM and FMM. * Agriculture background a plus. * Must pass drug screen and background check. * Have a commitment to safe working conditions and operations of CDL required vehicles. * Be willing and able to work well with others,
