Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years relevant maintenance experience, 2+ years electrical troubleshooting, 2+ years welding experience, 2+ years plumbing experience, Able to read and speak English, Must be available to be on-call, Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, Must be able to work an average 50-hour week, Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds, Must be able to occasionally lift 100 pounds, Must be able to work at heights up to 200 ft, Must be able to frequently climb a ladder, Must be able to work from a ladder, Must be able to frequently climb over, under and around Feed Mill areas, Must be able to walk and stand for long periods, Must be able to tolerate mill dust, Must be able to tolerate mill odors, Must be able to tolerate noisy conditions, Must be able to tolerate extreme seasonal temperatures, Must be able to work with and around chemicals, Must be able to work with feed ingredients, Supportive of raising swine for meat mission

Supervises, trains and coordinates activities for maintenance employees.
