Direct drivers to correct loading area

Load trucks based on load schedules
Maintain good housekeeping
Communicate to all levels of Operations
Follow and operate within health and safety protocols
Complete all other tasks assigned

Full Job Description
**Job Details:** 1\. Ability to accurately input driver and farm information into feed tracking system 2\. Ensure correct feed type is loaded and sent to the correct farm 3\. Ability to direct drivers to correct loading area based on loading schedule 4\. Ability to organize/flex task and change priorities throughout the day 5\. Ability to take Feed bin inventory 6\. Ability to operate loading equipment to correctly load trucks based on load schedules 7\. Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather. 8\. Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling 9\. Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures 10\. Able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species 11\. Maintain good housekeeping including service areas 12\. Communicate to all levels of Operations including Customers and Vendors both orally and in writing where required 13\. Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols 14\. Able to Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs with assistance 15\. Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day. 16\.
