Engage with public sector customers
Identify technical support requests
Resolve technical support requests
Troubleshoot complex technical issues
Investigate complex technical issues
Resolve complex technical issues
Handle urgent escalation cases
Become subject matter expert
Partner with Product teams
Partner with Engineering teams
Partner with Account teams
Advocate for customer-impacting improvements
Provide mentorship to junior members
