Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years Federal Health experience, Sales, business development, or capture roles, Ability to hold C-suite conversations, Ability to originate opportunities, Ability to lead complex pursuits, Demonstrated success across advisory, implementation, technology-enabled solutions, and managed services, Proven success opening new business in white space, Experience scaling accounts from point solutions to multi-service portfolios, Origination and capture leadership

Full Job Description
**_Job Family_ :** Account Growth Leader ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 75%+ **_Clearance Required_ :** None ** _What You Will Do_ ** Drive Account Growth & Origination * Own growth for our largest Federal Health accounts, anchored by work with Veterans Affairs, with accountability for progressing select existing pipeline opportunities and originating net-new opportunities. * Proactively identify, originate, qualify, and progress new opportunities, with an emphasis on net‑new growth. * Originate and drive large-scale technology modernization opportunities, translating mission needs into an actionable transformation roadmap and deal strategy. * Leverage an established network of Federal Health client relationships to open doors, deepen executive engagement, and accelerate pursuit momentum. * Build and lead the teaming partner ecosystem, shaping partner strategies that strengthen competitiveness and expand solution breadth. * Tee up, shape, and orchestrate deals on the technology solution side—aligning solution architecture, delivery approach, teaming, and pricing inputs to position for win. * Cultivate senior technology relationships and influence deal outcomes through credibility with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers. * Lead capture efforts end‑to‑end, serving as the quarterback from qualification through close, aligning internal teams and partners around a clear position‑to‑win strategy. Client Relationship & Executive Engagement * Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior executive buyers across provider organizations. * Open new doors and expand relationships beyond incumbent service lines, scaling accounts from single‑service engagements to integrated, multi‑service portfolios. * Serve as a trusted advisor by anchoring conversations in client problems and strategic priorities.
