Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance, Travel Required: Up to 10%
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
SIX (6) years of experience in federal financial management, analytics, automation, or technology deliveries, Bachelors Degree, Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
Nice to Have
ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance, Experience supporting DFAS, DoD Comptroller/CFO Act organizations, or federal audit familiarity with platforms such as Advana/WDP, ERPs, DDRS, Databricks/Lakehouse, AI/ML concepts, and automation experience operating in IL5/FedRAMP‑High environments with an understanding of data governance, Proven experience leading teams and managing client‑facing expertise in data analysis, financial reporting, or process, Professional certifications such as CPA, PMP, SAFe Scrum Master, CDFM, CGFM, cloud, or analytics certifications

Oversee development of analytic products
or automation workflows
Translate DFAS mission needs into technical and functional requirements for AI‑enabled solutions
Manage workstreams addressing key DFAS pain points (JVs
Drive agile ceremonies: backlog refinement

and stakeholder reviews
ensure quality delivery
and coordinate with client leadership
Contribute to governance
and change‑management efforts
