What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics or a related field, 1-3+ years of experience in public-sector consulting, Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST", US Citizenship restrictions apply
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Governmental Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Knowledge of and experience with federal financial management activities, Knowledge of federal laws, regulations, and requirements
What You'll Do.
Evaluate/test business process internal controls
Perform financial statement audits
Provide audit readiness support
Conduct internal control assessments
Support management control programs
Conduct entity level controls
Conduct risk management
Conduct fraud risk assessments
Provide audit support
Remediation activities
Review deficiencies communicated by auditor
Track and respond to audit requests
Develop corrective action plans
