Key responsibilities included: * Serving as a strategic sparring partner for stakeholders and subject matter experts with deep domain knowledge * Providing independent analysis, trend insights, and management reporting to support informed decision-making * Identifying operational bottlenecks and translating findings into process and policy improvements * Collaborating closely with TM teams to understand business challenges and optimize ways of working * Maintaining a proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality, governance, and compliance * Advising colleagues, business units, and senior management on operational and strategic matters This role required strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge bus
