Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. **Key Responsibilities** **Category Management & Procurement Operations** * Monitor stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers. * Analyze sourcing needs and make recommendations to stakeholders for assigned categories. * Identify local and regional supplier opportunities to assist with the category strategies * Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners. **Cost Management & Analysis** * Monitor and enforce the implementation of sourcing strategies * Support expense and cost savings management * Drive cost savings monitoring and metrics achievement * Implement cost savings and process improvement programs **Negotiation & Regional Sourcing** * Lead negotiation with suppliers to meet business needs * Lead regional sourcing events/RFQ process and provide inputs for category management plans **Business Partnering & Supply Assurance** * Collaborate with Stakeholders to deliver Strategic and Alternate Source entablements * Drive customer-centric approach to solve supply issues * Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience. **Process Improvement** * Identify automation opportunities and develop scalable AI solutions that become building blocks for future projects. * Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and c
