As a Supplier Manager (Individual Contributor), you will be the primary category point of contact for supplier interactions, performance management, and negotiations for the site. In this role, you will work with internal and external partners to execute and drive site category strategies and projects related for continued sourcing success, which may include cost reduction initiatives, supply base optimization, and pricing/contract negotiation, driving best-in-class, cost, supply and resilience. **Key Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** **Supply Assurance & Procurement Operations** * Develop supply assurance strategies and ensure inventory levels are met. * Drive materials capacity readiness and work on supply shortage resolutions with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners. * Analyze sourcing needs and make recommendations to stakeholders for assigned categories. * Identify local and regional supplier opportunities to assist with the category strategies * Monitor stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers. * Collaborate with Stakeholders to deliver Strategic and Alternate Source enablements **Cost Management & Analysis** * Support expense and cost savings management * Drive cost savings monitoring and track metrics achievement * Implement cost savings and process improvement programs **Negotiation & Regional Sourcing** * Lead regional negotiation with suppliers to meet site business needs * Lead regional sourcing events/RFQ process an
