This role supports six FC Problem Solvers by managing task intake, tracking work queues, maintaining operational reporting, and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce or fulfillment environment while partnering cross-functionally to drive accountability, communication, and operational visibility across FC operations. ## How you will achieve success Own daily coordination and follow-through across all FC Problem Solver tasks by ensuring every item has clear ownership, visibility, timelines, and resolution status.
