Measure and supervise workflows
Control productivity in the center
Provide key shift information
Support and train staff
Supervise staff in daily tasks
Support area manager with projects
Create a safe work environment
Increase worker motivation
Collaborate with other departments
Find solutions to common problems
Ensure performance in key areas
Identify ways to optimize safety
Identify ways to optimize quality
Identify ways to optimize productivity
Help shift/area manager execute plan
Participate in team meetings
Ensure adherence to safety rules

Ensure adherence to daily priorities
Communicate issues to superior
