manage payroll audits
internal/external reviews
monitor changes in legislation affecting payroll and lead necessary updates
ensure accuracy of employee data in HRIS and payroll systems
generate and analyze payroll reports
prepare KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to payroll
manage and evaluate payroll vendor performance
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Technology, and external vendors; Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define payroll processes, workflows, SLAs, and controls; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely issue resolution
