Acts as a servant leader for a single team and stakeholders; Aids the team and Product Owner in efforts to manage and sequence the backlog; Works generally with internal systems involving few system integration points requiring occasional support from senior level Scrum Master; Eliminates impediments and resolves issues with frequent support from Release Train Engineer or other resources; Resolves and manages dependencies with frequent guidance from Release Train Engineer or other resources to support team improvement and promotes high performance; With frequent support from RTE guides the team through the decision making process; With frequent support from RTE Scrum Master, builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised; Help manages interpersonal conflicts, challenges and opportunities for growth within the team; Participates in the Scrum Mastery Sync Sessions and Agile Release Train Sync Sessions; Seeks advice and works closely with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers

Acts as a servant leader for a single team and stakeholders. Aids the team and Product Owner in efforts to manage and sequence the backlog. Leads less complex teams with work contained with limited external team impact or dependencies. Works generally with internal systems involving few system integration points requiring occasional support from senior level Scrum Master. Eliminates impediments and resolves issues with frequent support from Release Train Engineer or other resources.
