This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. We look for someone that can operate as a true business partner, influence hiring decisions, improve recruiting operations, and help elevate the overall talent strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders. This person should be capable of owning recruiting processes end-to-end while also identifying opportunities to improve structure, efficiency, and hiring quality across the team. ### **What You’ll Do** * Own full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple roles and business areas, from intake to offer stage. * Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate profiles, and improve decision-making quality. * Conduct high-quality candidate assessments focused on technical fit, soft skills, communication, and long-term potential. * Build proactive sourcing strategies and develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. * Manage stakeholder communication with clarity, urgency, and strong expectation management. * Use recruiting metrics and market insights to drive decisions and improve hiring outcomes. * Help improve recruiting operations, processes, workflows, documentation, and hiring best practices. * Identify bottlenecks and propo
