Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world. ** **Team Function:** * The Incentive Analysis and Validation team is responsible for the creation and maintenance of data feeds relevant to calculating agent compensation for over 9000 insurance agents across the United States. * In addition to working closely with our partners in IT to develop and implement changes to agent incentive programs, the Incentive Analysis and Validation team is responsible for regularly working with business leadership to perform cost modeling related to potential changes to agent compensation programs. * Responsible for developing business segment, function, and process knowledge, an understanding of business-area data and advanced analytics to successfully implement solutions that improves profitable growth. * Provides collaborative support for planning, development, testing, implementation, and monitoring predictive or prescriptive analytics solutions to strategic business problems and drive home future innovation. **Role Description:** * An analyst in this role will be expected to: -Understand how to retrieve data from a data warehouse using SQL queries. -Able to communicate well in BOTH verbal and written English. -Independently drive the completion of assigned projects, including arranging meetings with relevant stakeholders. -Create and share documentation with team members. * Provides analytic and operational support for plans to implement user-centered, advanced analytical solutions to strategic business problems. * Key ownership areas may include mar
