Must Have
4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, Intermediate In-depth knowledge of global compensation practices, Intermediate Proven experience in conducting international market research, job evaluations, and salary structure development, Intermediate Understanding of international labor laws and regulations impacting compensation and benefits, Intermediate Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Intermediate communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Intermediate Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines, Intermediate Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
