Must Have
3+ years of experience within IT with preference of Infrastructure, operations, audit or compliance experience, Experience working with Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure and/or GCP, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, Advanced problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues, provide solutions, and support cross-team decision-making, Knowledge of platform architecture, cloud concepts, cost management, and governance frameworks, Experience with requirements gathering, business case development, feature mapping, and platform lifecycle management, Experience working with Agile methodologies

What You'll Do.
Partner with business units to align platform and cloud capabilities with business goals

Identify and analyze complex business needs

Collaborate with product managers
and engineering teams to define epics
and solutions aligned to business cases and ROI considerations
Recommend alternative or advanced solutions when functional design issues or platform constraints arise
Support or manage governance processes that ensure consistent
and cost-efficient use of platform services
Partner with IT Finance
and asset management teams to track spending
identify cost-saving opportunities
and ensure accurate reporting of usage and allocations
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify critical systems
and potential vulnerabilities
Assist in planning or facilitating tabletop exercises
disaster recovery simulations
and post-testing analysis to validate resilience
Contribute to optimizing platform capabilities
