What You'll Do.
Support the agile delivery of Direct Sales applications
Act as a key partner within the Agile Release Train (ART)
focusing on execution
and ensuring smooth delivery across initiatives.
Play a central role in backlog readiness
stakeholder communication
and driving clarity across requests
helping teams deliver value efficiently and consistently.
Calculate additional compensation and incentives for the Independent Agent channel.
and complex payment uploads for each calculation cycle.
Analyze financial data and interpret results related to incentive performance.
Provide insights and feedback to management on outcomes and business impact.
and data integrity supporting all calculations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements
and accounting records.
Research and resolve accounting issues
providing recommendations when needed.
Perform reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts and document adjustments.
Support regulatory reporting and filings as required.
Assist with testing and validation of accounting impacts from system changes.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and ongoing process improvements.
