Position Overview The FastTrack Manager Program is an accelerated leadership track designed for seasoned managers who want to grow into high-impact operational roles within a modern, technology-driven automotive service company. You’ll complete focused training, rapidly advance into shop leadership, and have the opportunity to scale into multi-unit and district-level management within five years. Top performers can earn $150,000+ as General Managers and $300,000+ as District Managers.
