We're looking for a passionate and driven Fast Food Supervisor to join our Capalaba restaurant. What You'll Be Doing • Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard • Supervising and supporting team members including juniors • Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results • Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs • Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally • Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation • Cash handling and register operation • Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards What We're Looking For • Previous experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitality • A natural leader who can motivate and support a team • Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude • Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays • Attenti
