## Accountabilities Develop and strengthen strategic partner relationships, ensuring engagement, retention, and business generation. Lead onboarding and enablement of new partners, ensuring activation and alignment with commercial strategies. Support partners in negotiations, presentations, and joint business development initiatives. Manage a portfolio of partners, identifying growth opportunities, upsell potential, and revenue expansion. Track and analyze performance indicators, engagement metrics, and opportunity generation, proposing corrective and growth actions. Design and execute relationship programs, training sessions, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives to drive demand. Identify market opportunities and support the creation of new partnership channels and revenue streams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. Proven experience in account management, partnership development, or commercial relationship roles. Strong background in consultative B2B sales and negotiation. Experience in onboarding, activation, and development of clients or partners. Familiarity with CRM tools and commercial management platforms. Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable business strategies.
