The Mawarra aggregation covers 24,054 arable hectares and operates a modern fleet of on-farm machinery. At Mawarra, we use the latest equipment, precision agriculture systems, and farm management technology. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on farming and the data behind high performing operations. The farm is strongly focused on planning, timing, and execution. The Farm Operations Manager is being developed to take increasing responsibility for the farm and progress toward a future Farm Manager position.
