Must Have
2+ years relevant mechanical/maintenance experience, Possess good mechanical skills, including repair of gearboxes, bearings, etc., Knowledge of AC/DC controls and power electricity, Knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Piping Systems., Experience in Fabrication and welding., Ability to sketch, read, and understand technical drawings and layouts., Basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills, Basic computer skills, Customer service skills, Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment, Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building working relationships and a positive work environment

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related field

Perform preventative maintenance on farm equipment

Perform general mechanical work

Follow all guidelines and SOPs
Follow all safety rules
Wear proper safety equipment
Receive written work orders or verbal instructions
Maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing and electrical systems
Maintain a parts inventory
Repair or replace building brick
Maintain and repair wood parts of buildings
Assist other departments with moving furniture
supplies and machinery
Understand and follow all Company policies
Occasional weekend and on call duties
