Key Responsibilities Perform equipment inspections, technical walkdowns, and troubleshooting to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions. Utilize tools such as vibration analysis and laser alignment equipment to support testing, balancing, and equipment reliability. Complete and submit service reports, expense reports, and time sheets accurately and on-time. Support customer responsiveness by participating in service calls, identifying issues, and recommending solutions aligned with Groome’s capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, and Operations to support customer needs and service execution. Identify opportunities for additional services or equipment and communicate leads to Sales to support business growth.
