Must Have
Bachelor's Degree coursework related to child welfare social caseworker, 3 years professional casework experience after degree, Master's Degree or higher in social work or human behavioral sciences field, 2 years professional casework experience, Pass criminal background check, Pass Department of Human Services background checks, Pass CBI/FBI fingerprint check, Submit college transcripts, Valid Driver's License and Liability Insurance, Pass Motor Vehicle Record evaluation, Provide own transportation, Pass pre-employment drug screening

## Compensation Range $88,337.60 - $119,267.20 \-- ## Job Description Summary Responsible for managing the Family Time Center and delivering services provided by the Family Time Center to residents in Weld County. Responsible for the direct supervision and development of professional Human Services Family Time Center staff. Ensures that performance standards are met as identified by County, State or Federal Government guidelines. Primary office location is in Greeley, but employee may perform work at one of the other satellite offices when required. Reliable, predictable, attendance within designated scheduled hours. This position is in-person and has limited telework opportunities. Work may involve time away from a standard office environment, which may consist of driving to and from home visits and in transporting children. Work may occur in situations in client's homes, which could be considered a hostile or unsanitary environment. Some of the home visits may require police support. Ideal candidate traits: 1\. Ability to critically think through complex case situations and provide recommendations to management. 2\. Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate those decisions to staff. 3\. Strong self-starter that is deadline driven. 4\. Positive attitude. 5\. Demonstrates confident leadership and a commitment to teamwork and partnership. *The Family Time Center is open seven days a week, from 10am - 7pm Monday - Thursday, and 8am-5pm Friday - Sunday. *The schedule for this position will be Tuesday - Saturday, with some evenings. \-- ## Job Description **Program Oversight - 30%** * Actively participates in program evaluation and planning with Family Time Supervisor, other Child Welfare Supervisors, and the Child Welfare Management Team. * Proactively and positively prepares for program development, changes in funding projections and improved operational efficiencies by learning and understanding recommendations and "best practi
