The Early Childhood Approach team works alongside families of young children with disability or developmental delay, helping them navigate the NDIS and access the supports they need. Together, we focus on building confidence, strengthening capability, and creating meaningful outcomes for children and their families. Your role, your impact In this role, you’ll walk alongside families as they navigate their child’s early years, providing guidance, clarity and practical support. You’ll help families build understanding of the NDIS, connect with services, and feel confident in making decisions that support their child’s development. You will: * Build relationships – Develop strong, trusting connections with families, service providers and community organisations * Guide NDIS plans – Support families to understand and implement their child’s NDIS plan effectively * Monitor outcomes – Conduct regular check-ins to review progress and outcomes against goals * Facilitate reassessments – Lead plan reassessments via face-to-face or telehealth conversations * Support goal setting – Co-create goals aligned to family priorities and aspirations * Provide clear communication – Translate complex information into accessible, easy-to-understand guidance * Connect services – Link families with community and
