The ideal candidate is a strong leader with child welfare experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting children and families through collaborative, community-based services. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight of Family Networks operations Supervise, coach, and develop program staff Manage relationships with DCF, community providers, schools, and state agencies Lead quality improvement and performance management initiatives Monitor program budgets and expenditures Oversee referral and utilization review processes Facilit
