What You'll Achieve.
Document all attendance on a weekly basis in all platforms.; Provide community education on child development, parenting, or other topics requested by the PAC monthly.; Collaborate with the supervisor to develop updates, reminders, and community education information monthly.; Meet with supervisor on a bi-weekly basis to evaluate status of families on caseload.; Meet all deliverables as outlined in the contract.

Partner with the PAC to host parent-led events
Provide targeted outreach and recruitment of participants for FRC activities to identify underserved populations.
Provide/facilitate training for families on self-advocacy and leadership.
Establish and maintain a trusting and professional working relationship with families by providing regular contact.
Record all group and individualized services and activities in a complete
and timely manner utilizing program forms into PEIRS (DFPS) Salesforce (BCFS) databases.
