Mature and personal Christian faith, Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief, Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities, Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document, Personal Christian faith and a heart for service to vulnerable people, team leadership, coaching, and delegation ability to mobilize a team toward common goals, Excellent collaboration, team building, and relationship management skills, Knowledge of case management practices and ethics, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow through on projects and assignments, Highly self-motivated, able to take initiative, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines with flexibility, Experience and/or training in working with traumatized populations or trauma informed care, Knowledge of the immigrant, Background in refugee resettlement or immigrant service, Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Access), Valid Driver’s License, successful completion of MVR background check, willingness to for client appointments or other needs, and to external meetings as needed

What You'll Do.

Monitoring daily work activities

Tracking and approving timesheets

Monitoring performance

Documenting performance concerns

Entering staff promotions

and separations in HRIS

Leading staff in a manner consistent with Christian values

Fostering a Christian environment

and evaluate family case management staff

Lead staff in setting appropriate individual and team goals

Provide and/or facilitate personal and professional development opportunities

Develop structures for staff support and care

Work collaboratively with the Immigrant Family Services Director

Meet with staff for case consultation

Address client concerns and challenges

Meet with clients when necessary

Participate in regular case briefing meetings

Monitor client progress

Collaborate interdepartmentally on holistic service provision

Develop and review client service systems and tools

Coordinate and delegate client referrals

Oversee the completion of all required family case management services

Regularly review case documentation

Monitor program budgets and other program expenses

Collaborate with other managers towards client feedback informing service provision

Develop structures for soliciting formal client feedback

Communicate regularly with the Immigrant Family Services Director

Transmit appropriate information between case management team and IFS Director

Represent World Relief Chicagoland to governmental agencies

Participate in virtual meetings and regular communication with Home Office

Develop and maintain relationships with organizations in the community

Collaborate with other organizations on initiatives

Collaborate with other World Relief staff and teams

Facilitate events that promote community-building

Provide for or delegate the interviewing

and onboarding of interns

Advocate on behalf of refugee and immigrant families

Promote timely communication with volunteers and churches

Provide direct service support

Other duties as assigned
