2+ years of coaching experience, Experience working with school-age children, Ability to explicitly teach and model youth development competencies, Uphold all organizational safety protocols, Maintain active supervision at all times
Nice to Have
Middle school experience strongly preferred, Previous competitive playing experience, CPR/First Aid certification, a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead all aspects of team culture
Establish a structured

Teach and reinforce skills
Implement proactive behavior management
Coach students through challenges
Lead and support a structured study hall program
Ensure student-athletes meet academic expectations
Design and submit practice plans
Facilitate engaging practices
Maximize participation
Maximize skill development
Maximize conditioning
Lead game-day strategy
Ensure team readiness
Maintain active supervision
Ensure dismissal of all participants
Uphold all organizational safety protocols
Take full ownership for safety
Maintain accurate attendance
Communicate proactively with Athletics Director
Follow all internal protocols
Escalate concerns and incidents
Drive athlete recruitment
Drive sustained engagement
Communicate with families
Implement all program expectations
Demonstrate consistent attendance
Demonstrate punctuality
Adhere strictly to protocols
