Support implementation of structured practices
Lead when head coach is not present
Execute drills and activities
Reinforce expectations for behavior
Reinforce youth development competencies
Support students in managing emotions
Meet team expectations
Model positive behavior
Uphold team standards
Maintain active supervision
Support dismissal procedures
Ensure safety protocols are followed
Communicate safety concerns
Communicate with Head Coach
