Experience working with school-age children required, Understanding of the sport’s rules and fundamentals required
Nice to Have
1-2+ years of coaching or youth program experience preferred, CPR/First Aid certification, a plus
What You'll Do.
Support implementation of practices
Lead when head coach is not present
Execute drills and activities
Reinforce expectations for behavior
Reinforce key youth development competencies
Support students in managing emotions
Meet team expectations
Model positive behavior
Uphold team standards
Maintain active supervision
Support dismissal procedures
Ensure all safety protocols are followed
Communicate any safety concerns
Support attendance tracking
Communicate promptly with Head Coach
Follow all internal protocols
Maintain professionalism in communication
Support recruitment of athletes
Support engagement of athletes
Assist with game-day logistics
Assist with team management
Execute responsibilities with consistency
Execute responsibilities with reliability
Execute responsibilities with attention to detail
Demonstrate consistent attendance
Demonstrate punctuality
Follow direction from Head Coach
Follow direction from Athletics leadership
