Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Minimum of 2 years’ customer-service/administrative, or related, work experience, Must be able to organize, pay close attention to detail and prioritize, Effective time management and multi-tasking skill, Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, or effectively independently, Good verbal and written communications skills with a good command of the English language, Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Self-directed learning of new technology applications quickly and efficiently, Sense of urgency when responding to emergency or on-call situations in a timely manner
Nice to Have
Experience with Campus Vue or another database scheduling system
What You'll Do.
Coordinate faculty scheduling across programs
Partner with colleges on scheduling
Maintain data integrity
Optimize faculty utilization
Support academic experience
Liaise with colleges on scheduling issues
Maintain class schedule data
Communicate with faculty on section assignments
Respond to scheduling correspondence
Develop software application expertise
Enter pay and adjustments
Schedule classes based on projections
Utilize faculty and adjuncts
Work with recruiters on replacements
Communicate program changes
Attend program and college functions
Coordinate trainings and mentorships
Create department metrics
Maintain technical skills
Perform file and document audits
Maintain policies and procedures
